For new users

Download the latest version from the official website UzonCloud

Select the latest Linux build and download the official Linux build

Mostly uzonmail-service-linux-x64

Once Downloaded

• Go to the Downloaded ZIP in the Downloads Folder

  on Terminal:

cd Downloads

• extract the ZIP and save in a folder

  using Terminal (Use the folder name which can be seen by running "ls"):

tar -xzf filename.tar.gz

Open terminal shell at the the directory roots

• Head to the downloads directory

cd Downloads

• move to the uzonmail folder

cd uzonmail-service-linux-x64-0.23.6.0

• List all the active files

ls

• run this to install system dependencies

sudo python3 uzonmail_linux_install.py --install

Installation

• Once you have already ran the command and see this. Click Enter

UzonMail Linux installer - install
This tool can download UzonMail and the required .NET runtimes over HTTPS.
It manages /var/www/uzonmail and /var/lib/uzonmail-installer.
It manages system account 'uzonmail' and systemd unit /etc/systemd/system/uzon-mail.service.
Backups are preserved under /var/backups/uzonmail unless another path is selected.
It does not change firewall rules or remove shared .NET runtimes during uninstall.

Base URL [http://localhost:22345]:

• You would be prompted to add an admin username and password

Administrator username [admin]:
Administrator password [press Enter to reuse the saved/default password]:

click enter when done

• Allow the application to install Locally

• Open Uzonmail on your browser

Open http://localhost:22345 to continue setup.
